Josh Kelly founded Clover Growth Partners with one clear focus: helping home service businesses scale without losing who they are.

Josh has spent 27 years working exclusively with contractors. He’s helped other shops go from seven figures to eight and beyond. Along the way he learned what most coaches miss. Contractors don’t need help doing the work. They’re already great at it. What they need is a business that doesn’t run through them: pricing they trust, numbers they understand, and a team that can handle a busy Tuesday without calling the owner.
