With 27 years of combined experience, Josh and Laura Kelly founded Clover Growth Partners with one clear focus: to help home service businesses scale without losing who they are.
Josh spent his career working exclusively with contractors—helping them grow from seven to eight figures, and beyond. He understood what most coaches miss: contractors don’t need help doing the work—they need help building systems that grow what they’re already great at.
Laura came from the world of billion-dollar business consulting, where she developed award-winning strategies around leadership, culture, and team performance. After leading over 30 events for business owners across the country, she brought those insights to the home service space—where they’ve become game-changers.
